Step by Step Care of Lace Front Human Hair Wigs

Step 1: Secure the hair of your lace wig with T-pins after placing the unit on a Styrofoam wig head.

Step 2: Gently comb the hair of the wig to ease washing, and to also get rid of any tangles – the detangling comb should be used for this purpose. Start from the tips of your wig’s hair and move down to the base. Finish the detangling and move to the next step.

Step 3: Put a tablespoon quantity of lace wig shampoo into one of the spray bottles and mix with lukewarm water.  Dip the lace wig’s hair into a sink or washing bowl filled with cool water.

Step 4: Spray the shampoo on the wig’s hair and use the wide-tooth comb to spread the shampoo throughout the hair. Gently comb the hair from the tips, down to the base. Rinse with cool water afterwards.

Step 5: Mix a tablespoon quantity of conditioner with lukewarm water in the second spray bottle and spray on your lace wig’s hair. Again, use the wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner all over the hair and rinse with cool water afterwards.

Step 6: Finish by blotting the hair with the towel, and air-drying thereafter. It would be sensible to apply knot sealer subsequently to seal the knots of your lace front human hair wigs. This will prevent the hair of lace front human hair wigs from shedding.
