Hi Rosa 🙂 We built her website for her and we do the software updates when needed and host her website as well. We give step by step video trainings on how to place the orders that comes in on her website. It is very simple to do. But our help team is also available as well to help out if needed too. You make it as simple as possible to run your website and we even have a dedicated tech team that can help you with any sort of questions or changes you might need too.
